Flora Found creates gardens for xeriscapes, patios, entryways, sidewalks, yards, planters and hillsides. We specialize in plant combinations that restore balance and discourage pests, erosion, and soil depletion. Our gardens make use of rock, pottery, horticultural and native plants that provide visual interest throughout the seasons.

Working with Kelle and her crew has exceeded our expectations, transforming two barren hillsides, front yard and foundation plantings along the front perimeter of the house as well as two post pergola gardens, upper corner terrace and secret garden as well as our pool and patio decks. Our objective was to use water wise, drought resistant landscaping to create a panorama of varying year round color, hues, heights and textures while adding biodiversity. I daresay, to Kelle’s credit, this landscaping is equal if not superior to any public arboretum or botanical garden in Southern California. I told Kelle she is not merely a landscape designer but an artist, the property her canvas and the plantings her oils.

I can't thank Kelle enough for my backyard. I walk in my backyard several times a day and always discover something new. I asked for installation of a low maintenance and drought tolerant backyard . . . I thought that meant rocks and cacti. WRONG!
